Exactly what “truth” does Greg Lance-Watkins claim to have exposed? What fabrications does he complain of? Time and time again evidence of Watkins spectacular dishonesty is presented. Whilst he merely bluffs and blusters in the face of numerous opportunities to present cogent counters to that evidence...

The facts do indeed speak for themselves. And are very much at odds with the pictures Greg Lance-Watkins attempts to paint. Who and what Greg Lance-Watkins is makes an immense difference to the validity of his claims. For the simple reason he claims credibility though integrity; something in which he has been proven to be severely lacking. Every ounce of evidence points to this man having spent his entire life wrapped up in failure and fantasy...
What merit then in his ludicrous claims as to the admissibility of evidence in a court of law? He has no education or training in the law or for that matter any other significant discipline. What of his attempts to denigrate Hollie Greig by claiming she has a mental age of 3 ½? The truth and the facts being that Hollie outranks Greg Lance Watkins academically; the young lady in question having attended and passed an NVQ course and obtained that qualification...
The facts speak for themselves and the fact is that Greg Lance Watkins is a dishonest man... He is a lair, a fraud and a fantasist with a history of dangerously criminal behaviour. That matters! That matters a great deal! Especially when he writes...

The fact and the truth of the matter is that Greg Lance-Watkins himself is entirely responsible for the publication of that material. Firstly he published it on his own website. And it matters not one jot whether that information was already extant; he published that material and in doing so he broke the law... Very strange that a man who claims to have decades of experience as an activist working with sexual abuse victims would not know better than to break the law in this way. At best it indicates he is incompetent and non-credible.
The plot, however, is much thicker! In reality Greg Lance-Watkins was, at the time this material was published, a key member of Hollie Greig’s campaign team. He had presented himself to Robert Green and Anne Greig with his usual raft of lies and fantasies with regard to his background and experienced. Put simply he fooled them! It is important to understand why Robert Green allowed Greg Lance-Watkins to take up this position within the campaign team. Simply, Robert and Anne are virtually computer-illiterate. Robert struggles even now to attach a document to an email. Anne is even less comfortable with computers. So Watkins’ relative expertise coupled to his claimed contacts and experience in handing the media made him the apparently ideal candidate for the post of media adviser and co-ordinator to the Hollie Greig campaign...
Had Robert Green been competently and honestly advised as to how to handle publication of the material you would possibly not now know the name of Hollie Greig. That is not to say you wouldn’t know about the case; but Hollie’s identity would have been protected. It is however clear that Hollie fully understands her position and has made the conscious and competent decision to waive her right to anonymity as the victim of a sex crime.
If the campaign were managed properly you would certainly not know or be able to find from any UK-based source the names of her alleged abusers and her alleged co-abused! The reality is that as media adviser to the Hollie Greig campaign, Greg Lance-Watkins effectively endorsed the publication of this material; there is not one shred of doubt that he knew of it, and made no attempt to advise against it. Green, arguably should have known better himself; but having sought what he was mislead to believe was the expert advice of Greg Lance-Watkins his position is mitigated to the greater extent.
It is important that the dishonest and fraudulent nature of Greg Lance-Watkins is fully appreciated; taken seriously, his potential for damage is immense. Nothing is sacred! Consider his attention-seeking self aggrandising drooling over the Dunblane massacre...

In reality the book was ‘published’ via a vanity publishing service. You simply pay them money and they’ll publish and print almost anything! Even ‘market’ it these days via print-on-demand services. A credible account of its publication appears here, written by Jim McBeth and published in the grown-up real-world publication “The SundayTimes”.

In fact Greg Lance-Watkins role in ‘getting the book published’ is of little significance as is his featuring in it. As for its ‘publication’; I have known people use this service to ‘publish’ books their children have written as a Christmas present for relatives... Publication in this way isn’t hard; it’s merely a commercial transaction!
We wonder how Jim McBeth’s article might have read had he known that the man who supposedly put Sandra Uttley in touch with The Sportsman’s Association of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (who put up the £1,000 to ‘publish’ and print just 200 copies of the book) was a convicted firearms offender who had himself at one point in his life visited a primary school with murder as his intent!

Given that his ‘work’ on Dunblane consists largely of reproducing the text of a book someone else wrote and researched we wonder who he stole the material he intends compiling from. Greg Lance-Watkins can’t even spell the name of the town! While those of us who did attend to report on the aftermath remain haunted by the smell of aviation fuel and burning homes, wreckage and yes; even human flesh.
What a perverted ghoul Greg Lance-Watkins is; the utter scum of the earth! Feeding off human tragedy at every opportunity. What a vile way to live your life.
